Our approach
Public pages use semantic landmarks, ordered headings, descriptive links, keyboard operability, visible focus, responsive text, reduced-motion support, and layouts that do not depend on hover.
Review status
Automated accessibility checks run on every change and block release: markup and ARIA rules in continuous integration, and a colour-contrast check over the design tokens and stylesheet. These decide only what source can decide. Rendered contrast over inherited backgrounds, focus order under real layout, target size, reflow at high zoom, and what a screen reader actually announces are not statically decidable, and are not covered by them.
Manual keyboard, zoom, mobile, and screen-reader-oriented review are part of our release process. Independent assistive-technology certification has not been completed, and no conformance claim is made in either direction.
Known limitations
Official government PDFs may have accessibility characteristics outside incola’s control. Any material exception we identify is recorded and prioritized.
Getting help
If you encounter a barrier, email support@incolaforms.com and describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology. Do not send sensitive case details through a general channel.
