Service
incola provides self-directed preparation software for a bounded set of U.S. immigration forms — currently Form AR-11, Form I-90, Form I-765, Form I-131, and Form I-539. You answer guided questions, we organize your answers and any evidence you upload, and we generate a completed package you can review, sign, and file yourself.
incola is a technology platform. It is not a law firm, an attorney, an accredited representative, a government agency, a filing service, or an eligibility decision system. Nothing incola produces is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the service.
Access and accounts
You need an account to save preparation progress and generate a filing package. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
Access is revocable. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being used in violation of these Terms, in a manner that endangers other users, or in a manner that exposes INCOLA LLC or its providers to legal or operational risk.
Your responsibilities
You are the source of the facts incola prepares into a form. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information; review every proposed answer and every generated document before you rely on it; and correct anything that is wrong. You are responsible for obtaining legal guidance where your situation requires it, for preserving your own filing deadlines, and for handling signatures, government fees, submission, and post-filing correspondence outside incola.
Supported and unsupported use
A supported form number does not mean every category, classification, or factual scenario is supported. Each matter has a published scope, and the guided interview routes you away from scenarios outside it. You must not bypass those routing gates, adapt an interview to an unsupported matter, access records you are not authorized to access, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or treat any output as a guaranteed legal conclusion.
Fees and payment
incola charges a preparation fee per form. The current fees are published on the Pricing page, which is the canonical statement of them. Preparation fees are collected through our payment processor, Stripe, at the time you begin an interview. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; incola never receives or stores them.
Government filing fees are separate from incola’s preparation fee and are paid directly to USCIS. incola does not collect, remit, or estimate government fees, and nothing on this site should be read as a quotation of them.
If you engage an attorney or accredited representative, their professional fees are separate from incola’s and are governed by their own engagement terms.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, whether or not you have started the guided interview. After 24 hours, the preparation work is under way and the fee is not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or if a technical failure on our side prevented you from using the service, contact support@incolaforms.com and we will review it regardless of the 24-hour window.
Output and outcomes
incola does not guarantee that a package is complete for an issue the interview does not encode, accepted for filing, processed within a particular period, or approved. USCIS decides receipt, acceptance, processing, and every adjudication outcome.
Intellectual property
INCOLA LLC owns the software, the interview content, the form templates, and the design of the service. You own the information you provide and the prepared package you generate. By using the service you grant INCOLA LLC a limited license to process your information solely to provide the preparation you have requested, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
incola does not warrant that any form or package is complete for your specific situation, accepted for filing, or approved. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you file it. USCIS decides receipt, acceptance, processing, and every adjudication outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, INCOLA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for any non-waivable statutory right.
Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify the service, the supported form catalogue, and these Terms. When we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide notice in the applicant dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and both parties consent to venue there.
Questions about these Terms should go to support@incolaforms.com.
