incola prepares
Guided questions, supported validation, evidence organization, official-document generation, and a coherent preparation package.
How it works
incola fills in forms. It does not give legal advice, and it does not file anything for you. When your situation does not fit one of the applications we support, we stop and say so, rather than guessing what you should file.
Phase 1
You describe your goal in your own words. We check it against the applications we support, and show you the price, before you create an account.
Start with what you are trying to do, not a government form number.
Answer a few short questions. If your situation is not one incola supports, we stop and tell you, and no application is started.
Understand the exact scenario, limitations, access mode, and pricing status before creating an account.
Create an account only after a supported result so your preparation can remain connected to you.
Nothing is created until you have seen a supported result and its price.
Phase 2
You answer the questions the application asks and add the documents it needs. We organise it and show you everything back for correction.
Enter and confirm the facts requested for the supported application.
Add requested supporting evidence and reuse confirmed applicant information when it is available.
Correct answers and review the exact information and documents intended for the package.
We prepare answers. We do not decide whether you qualify.
Phase 3
We generate your completed forms and assemble a package you can review in full. Signing, paying the government fee, and filing happen outside incola.
Generate the official PDF. Review it and sign it. We do not file on your behalf.
Submit the form to USCIS, pay the government fee, and follow up on your case. incola has no part in the filing.
incola stops at the package. You or your professional file it.
Clear responsibilities
Guided questions, supported validation, evidence organization, official-document generation, and a coherent preparation package.
You supply truthful information, confirm reused values, correct answers, protect your account, and review the exact package.
Signatures, government fees, submission, deadlines, and post-filing follow-up remain outside incola.
USCIS determines receipt, acceptance, processing, requests for evidence, and every adjudication outcome.
When a path is unsupported
Review official USCIS guidance or speak with a qualified immigration attorney or Department of Justice accredited representative when legal judgment is appropriate. You can return if incola later supports your situation.
Start safely
We’ll check whether one of the forms incola supports fits your situation.
